Jayne is also a Mindfulness coach and registered with the Mindfulness Association. Currently offered online one to one, or in groups.

In and amongst all of the above, Jayne still finds time to volunteer at Cancer Support in Skipton

Jayne lives with her husband, 2 children (when not at University) and 2 dogs in the beautiful North Yorkshire Dales National Park.
